About me

Hello and welcome! As you may already know, my name is Melissa Cheng. I grew up in the Bay Area, and currently live in the Outer Sunet of San Francisco. Growing up in the heart of Silicon Valley I was surrounded by innovative technology companies and it wasn't a shock to me that after graduating from Academy of Art University, I would continue to emmerse myself in the tech community.

Currently I have been spending my time volunteering at the Central YMCA located in the Tenderloin. Connecting the tech and  local community that is only two blocks away from the Twitter headquarters. Kids growing up in low poverty areas are in need of the oppurtunities that tech opens. Giving these kids the resources and skills to prepare them for future can help them follow any entrprenurial career they desire!

In my future advertures I would love to continue work in tech to help out our future generation.
